It smells terrible and destroys everything in front of it. In addition, it is always linked to the indicators of contamination. In short, it has a bad reputation. But it turns out that ozone has been revealed as a very powerful weapon in the fight against covid-19 if it is known to use. Two initiatives developed in the province demonstrate this: the OzonoTecnia project of the Ars Innovatio innovation and transfer laboratory of the University of Alicante (UA), which is committed to the disinfection of the coronavirus through the ventilation ducts and masks; and the company linked to the UMH Science Park Odissey Robotics, which already has the prototype of an autonomous vehicle to end the virus in supermarkets. Both have combined the benefits of this gas to end the covid through intelligent automation and digitization, giving rise to new products that will soon be available on the market.
